You need to ensure your account has funds for us to proceed the payment, or to update your payment information in the Shoutcast Radio Manager if you have changed your credit card.
In the event of a payment rejection, we will make two other attempts, 7 days and 14 days after the first one. Each time you will receive an email notification.
Please note that if payment can’t be issued, your radio station(s) will be automatically suspended at renewal date of your plan and data associated to the station(s) will be saved for a period of 30 days.
- To update your credit card in your Radio Manager:
Under "Manage Your Plan" section / "Billing Info", click on update.
