The following formats/bitrate pairs (and settings) are supported for monetization:
- MP3 320, MP3 256, MP3 192, MP3 128, MP3 64, MP3 32
- AAC 160, AAC4 128, AAC4 96, AAC4 64, AAC4 32
- 16-bits-per-sample (16-bit), stereo/joint-stereo (not mono)
- Frequency (sample rate) must be 44.1khz
- Only fixed bitrate streams (CBR) are supported
